Executive Officer
Experience: 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Proactively anticipate the Director’s needs and ensure they have the necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Draft and manage high-quality correspondence, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain a confidential filing system and ensure all documents are readily available.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the Director’s behalf.
- Facilitate internal leadership reviews of department heads.
- Assist with proposal writing and drafting agreements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Prior experience supporting executives at a senior level is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in email management, MS Office Suite, and calendar management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in proposal writing and drafting agreements is a plus.
