AI-Driven Optical Mark Recognition Platform

Manually processing markings from hundreds of physical paper documents is incredibly time-consuming, inefficient, and prone to human error. This process creates significant delays in announcing results, undermines the integrity of the outcome, and drains valuable staff resources. 

We developed a full-stack, Computer Vision-powered Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) platform to completely automate the scanning and tallying of physical documents. The system allows to generate custom OMR templates, bulk-upload scanned documents, and leverage a Computer Vision engine for processing. The intelligent core of the application is a Python OMR service using OpenCV and AWS SageMaker that performs high-accuracy image analysis to detect filled marks. This is supported by a robust architecture including a Node.js backend, PostgreSQL database, and a dynamic React.js front-end for a seamless user experience. 

The platform drastically reduces document processing time from hours to mere minutes, with the Computer Vision engine processing a single document in as little as 4-5 seconds. By systematically flagging ambiguous markings for manual review, the solution virtually eliminates manual tallying errors and ensures trustworthy results. This allows to improve operational efficiency, deliver rapid and accurate outcomes, and focus on creating a better event experience.

Resume Screening and Ranking System

Recruiters often struggle with manually reviewing large volumes of resumes, leading to delays, biases, and missed opportunities to identify top talent. Our AI-driven Resume Screening and Ranking System automates the process by analyzing and ranking candidates based on job descriptions. This cutting-edge solution enables HR professionals to seamlessly upload multiple resumes and job descriptions, securely storing them in AWS S3. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a BERT-based AI model, the system accurately extracts key attributes like skills, education, and experience, providing objective, data-driven rankings. With a seamless React.js front-end and Node.js backend, recruiters can efficiently review ranked candidates along with similarity scores. Hosted on AWS SageMaker, our AI/ML pipeline achieves 81% accuracy, speeding up hiring and improving candidate selection

RFP Summarizer

This project addresses the time-consuming process of reviewing numerous RFPs each month to extract relevant information for bidding. Our solution leverages a generative AI system that scans uploaded documents and summarizes them in a specific format, with customizable options for summary length (Small, Medium, or Large). Users can easily upload PDF/Word documents, and the system will generate a formatted summary in a bullet-point structure, highlighting important keywords in red for better visibility. Additionally, the system allows users to browse through previously uploaded RFP summaries, eliminating the need to re-upload them. For users seeking a more comprehensive approach, the system offers an AI-generated response template for each RFP, allowing them to select the tone of the response—formal, concise, or persuasive. The system also connects to a database for storing and retrieving processed document data, providing organizations with a valuable tool to streamline RFP processing and enhance bidding efficiency.

Diet Assistant App, a Personalized Nutrition Companion ​

Dietitians and nutritionists often spend a significant amount of time creating meal plans for their clients. To address this issue, we have developed a generative AI solution that can accurately generate personalized meal plans. Our goal is to revolutionize patients’ daily eating habits with the innovative Diet Assistant App. This app is specifically designed to create personalized diet plans tailored to the user’s health conditions. It can be used by dietitians to generate precise meals while considering the entire diet plan for up to a month, thus freeing up the doctor’s time. The app not only plans meals but also highlights the health benefits of the ingredients. Doctors have the ability to override any menu generated by the app, giving them full control over the meal planning process to ensure accuracy. The app features systematic meal planning for a day, the ability to analyze history to generate future menus, and the option to export plans to PDF with a comprehensive dashboard.
