The project involved transforming our client’s core business operations by developing an intelligent automation solution, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to ensure a resilient and scalable digital workforce. To provide an enterprise-grade solution, we adhered to best practices in both cloud-based workflow automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Our team of automation experts utilized a variety of Power Platform services including Power Automate Cloud for connecting modern applications, Power Automate Desktop for legacy system integration, SharePoint and Dataverse for secure data handling, and AI Builder to automatically process documents by extracting and summarizing key information into a structured format. The resulting automation made the business process streamlined, efficient, and accurate, allowing our client to focus on strategic growth while entrusting the repetitive digital tasks to us.
Jail Management System
Our low code development team has worked closely with our US based client to develop the JMS Booking Module, a comprehensive tool for capturing and managing all pertinent details of arrestees. This module serves as a crucial foundation for effectively classifying and managing inmates within the broader justice management system. It ensures that essential information is readily available for various operational needs, with key features including Detailed Arrestee Information, Integration with Connected Modules, and an intake dashboard for accurate and efficient management of all aspects of inmate handling.
Incident Management System
Our low code development team specializes in creating custom solutions for our clients. This project involved building an incident management system for a US-based customer using the Appian platform. The system was designed to help organizations respond quickly and effectively to incidents, replacing manual processes that relied on spreadsheets and paper forms. This solution streamlined the incident management process, reducing the need for manual paperwork and increasing efficiency. Key features of the system included role-based access control, robotic process automation (RPA), trend analysis, a customized incident library, and robust reporting capabilities.
