Executive Officer
Location: Mayem Bicholim
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
CTC: 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA
Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain files and records of financial transactions.
• Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets to support financial reporting.
• Develop charts, and graphs using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist senior accountants with reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting tasks.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, manage accounts receivable/payable, and handle petty cash transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports using Excel.
• Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting materials.
• Provide support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
