Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and refine sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and client engagement skills tailored for the IT sector.
- Support client acquisition efforts by identifying potential customers and participating in field sales activities to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer requirements and competitor offerings specific to IT solutions.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to create and execute strategies for driving business growth in the IT domain.
- Track and analyze sales performance using key tools and metrics to support business success.
- Participate in structured training programs, mentorship sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.
- Work alongside marketing and technical teams to optimize sales approaches and align with client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience required from 0-1 in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities in the IT sector.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt with a keen interest in IT solutions and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
